In this position, you will be researching, designing, testing, implementing and maintaining software systems to meet company needs. You will be using a variety of computer programming languages and applications, working and leading teams with other professionals, or alone. Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding and testing new software programs
- Creating technical specifications, designs, requirements and test plans
- Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
- Responsible for problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project.

Qualification

You should possess a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering degree or equivalent with more than 7 years of relevant experience, a Master's degree with more than 1 year experience, or a Ph.D. with or without experience.

- Mastery in at least one of the following languages: C++ and/or C#
- Software development expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, Hands-on expertise in two or more in the following areas: Windows Presentation Foundation, Web Services, Application Servers, QT, Linux/Moblin related technologies, user interface development, computer security, and performance optimization, Strong results orientation, Project management skills; an outstanding communicator (in Spanish and English), Hands-on experience in Object Oriented Design, Object Oriented Development techniques, algorithm design and coding
- Experience working under Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and/or ISO software quality regime would be an added advantage
