Job Description: This is a seed requisition to analyze and screen candidates for future open positions.

In this position, you will be researching, designing, testing, implementing and maintaining software systems to meet company needs. You will be using a variety of computer programming languages and applications, working and leading teams with other professionals, or alone. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Designing, coding and testing new software programs
- Creating technical specifications, designs, requirements and test plans
- Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
- Responsible for problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project

You must be within 18 months from your graduation of bachelor degree, Master or Ph.D. related with Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Additional qualifications include:
- Mastery in at least one of the following languages: .NET or C++
- Software development expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on expertise in two or more in the following areas: Windows Presentation Foundation, Web Services, Application Servers, QT Linux/Moblin related technologies , user interface development, computer security, and performance optimization
- Strong results orientation
- Project management skills
- An outstanding communicator (in Spanish and English)
- Capable of doing independent work
- Hands-on experience in Object Oriented Design, Object Oriented Development techniques, algorithm design and coding
- Experience working under Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and/or ISO software quality regime would be an added advantage
