Org Dev Analyst
As Org Dev Analyst, you will help make sure that Spark Digital becomes the best place to work anywhere in Argentina. You will participate actively in implementing communications, benefits, and events strategies, aiming them at the wellbeing of our people, always.
Responsibilities
Gather and report on benefits KPIs and initiatives related to Organizational DevelopmentHelp committees implement strategic and operational plans and oversee their executionCraft attractive and creative internal communications Partner with the Director of Organizational Development to prepare and monitor the area budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds in-line with strategic prioritiesExecute continuous assessments & interventions to ensure our benefits and perks are valued by our internal staff while also helping to attract, retain, and engage talentLead the execution of events company-wide (Family Day, End-of-year Party, Programmers´ Day, etc)Lead the execution of perks to make sure they are up-to-date and meet our team’s needs
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in similar roleStrong verbal and written communication skills (in English) and ability to influence othersPassionate about interacting with peopleExperience using social mediaUniversity degree in Communication, HR, Marketing or Public RelationsKnowledge of the Software industry is a plus
