For major multinational, Ecosystems are currently seeking a ITSupport Services Specialist, with availability to work in Bella Vista Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering Experience / Background: Requires 3+ years project and management experience Requires minimum 5 year of experience on IT support services Must have experience dealing with various levels within company and with 3rd part vendors Must have experience in server administration based on MS Windows platform Strong technical knowledge regarding LAN/WAN/Telecom Previous background in ITIL process and COBIT framework Experience in the Infrastructure subjects are required Management experience (projects, processes and people) is desirable Experience in the Consumer Goods industry is desirable Skills / Competencies: Experience in IT Support Services, especially MS environment Expertise in LAN and WAN design, implementation and support Capability to understand user’s needs and to propose new solutions Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities Good skills in time management and organization Ability to deal with other IT departments that are not direct reports Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deal with multiple projects simultaneously Ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population Strong interpersonal skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio Customer oriented English and Spanish are mandatory Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering
