this is a management position responsible for the regional channel marketing team in lar.
responsible for driving channel marketing strategy in lar, aligning team resources at regional and district level.
expert coach, develop good employees. hold teams accountable and reward people for strong results and management. + drive organizational capability, high performance and alignment across intel.
lar rco budget management, roi reporting, investment forum channel lead
membership communication strategy and assets through intel and through distis, pr link. internal communication. work with ww rco on a regular basis to determine overall membership plans and goals. membership plan preparation geo rep. membership program launch communication strategy pillar co owner
cmms focal point: 1:1s, biweekly meetings, ftf, bkm sharing, align strategy, roi report, channel storefront tracking, etc
overall marketing strategy alignment with cmg marketing team in lar with a dotted line report to lar marketing director.
coordinate product launches and lar wide product campaigns, integrating all plans milestones and deliverables. ensure field communication and deliverables. track roi, results & learning. represent the channel in launch working meetings in lar/ww rco gtm.

channel marketing communication.
channel marketing team management: imbo process, quota/goal setting, coaching and development.
process execution overseeing (marketing strategy, strategic alignment with rest of the team)
coff alignment with marketing team for budget investment
key metrics / deliverables
membership program deliverables. # of active accounts in the program
associate and premier accounts growth (intel mss, volume, revenue, asp, growth, product mix, account relevance)
communication of different programs success
consumer and business related activities with channel accounts success. (reseller and integration channels).
budget efficiency: return on investment, budget utilization (% and sla)
qualifications
bachelors degree with minimum of 10 years marketing experience.
proven leadership and management skills, ability to influence at all levels of the organization internally and externally, business acumen and team work.
demonstrated strategic thinking and planning (from strategy to business plan to execution), and solid performance track record.
self motivated individual with ability to productively function with minimum supervision.
candidate should have fluent english.
spanish and/or portuguese language skills will be a plus for this position.
