Responsible for accelerating revenue growth and profitability by developing business relationships with third parties to complete business unit platform/product portfolios and accomplish business unit strategic objectives. Drive complex business transactions from deal conception and negotiations to contract closure with companies which positively and significantly impact the business's bottom line and/or competitive position. Establish deal structures and business models comprehending intellectual property concerns, licensing scope, statements of work, go to market strategies, and others as appropriate for the business. Work with ICap colleagues to proactively utilize equity tools for M&A and provide business agreement support for venture investments. Contribute to business strategy development or other strategic projects as appropriate. Job can be Individual Contributor or Manager Qualifications You must possess a technical degree and/or high aptitude towards relevant technologies (an M.B.A. or J.D. would be an added advantage). Additional qualifications include: Proven ability to successfully interface with high level executives inside and outside Intel Equally comfortable configuring and/or executing complex deals and interacting with Software and Solutions Group (SSG) and xPG management, Legal, Finance, and Intel Capital Ability to evaluate business plans, analyze the strategic and financial merits of a deal, and pull together the necessary ratification's and resources to complete the deal cycle, all with minimal supervision Demonstrated software domain experience based on experience in the software development tools and system enabling arena, emphasizing tools and platform technologies Results-oriented and demonstrated strong communication and conceptualization skills in a team environment Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish Good understanding of the Argentinean culture and historic business climate Ability to travel.
