For a major multinational company, Ecosistemas is currently recruiting an Associate Technical Analyst Change Management, with availability to work in Munro, Buenos Aires.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·         The Change manager supports and ensures the correct change management process during the Next Generation Data Center Migration project.

·         Participates during CAB meetings.

·         Periodically auditing the process to ensure compliance to policy and standards.

·         Ensures that appropriate process documentation is available and current.

·         Communicates process information or changes as appropriate to ensure awareness.

·         Provides Reports to Management with a consolidated view of upcoming Migrations.

·         Contribute to continual process improvement.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Technical / University Degree, preferably in computer science, or comparable background.

·         Minimum 2 years experience in IT implementation and support

·         ITIL v3 foundation certification or higher (Desirable)

·         Excellent knowledge of IT Service Management disciplines.

·         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

·         Experience in data analyzing and reporting.

·         Drive for excellence and continuous service improvement.

·         Good written and oral communications skills in English

·         Preference with experience in large global corporate networks.

·         Project management experience is highly recommended.

·         Shift coverage: 9hs between 9AM and 6PM
