The work could be split between support work and projects. Second tier Client Support services including Help Desk and desk side assistance. Assist both business users and IT staff with desktop technology installation and configuration. Perform advanced trouble-shooting for desktop hardware and software (primarily operating systems, utilities, communications). Development & Mantain Users Comunication Plan and Users Trainning Plan. Create and maintain user and technical documentation. Participate in the Problem, Change and Asset Management processes. Participate in design, procure and deploy new systems. Resolve routine to complex administrative and support issues. Track and report metrics to ensure service levels are met. Be proactive and consider cost as part of implementing and supporting solutions. Work closely with your colleagues (providing 1st and 2nd level support) and contribute on the development of global standards and procedures. Main personal skills required: Sets high standards (works accurately, meets deadlines, takes initiative, able to multi- task, organized, proactive).Service-orientated attitude. Agility, adapts to change, flexible. Able to work under pressure. Relationships and networks. Interacts well with colleagues; able to work independently or within a team. Main skills required: Hardware and software technologies including Windows Operating Systems ( Windows XP, Vista, Seven, etc) & Office 2007/2010, E-Mail related applications solutions. Networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP and remote access. Telecommunications fundamentals including voice systems and related communications technologies including ADSL and WiFi, etc TRAVEL MAY BE REQUIRED English intermediate Lugar de trabajo: capital Federal Horario de trabajo: lunes a viernes de 9 a 18.00hs
